Jonathan Strauss

President

Jonathan joined DEM360 in 2023 as President to oversee operations, strategy, and finance while executing on the company’s mission of delivering superior IT and security services with a focus on customer service for small and medium companies. Before joining DEM360, Jonathan’s career focused on guiding finance and operations teams in PE backed and publicly traded software and business services companies such as Deloitte Consulting, Deltek, and Spok. When not in the office, Jonathan enjoys time on his bike and being outdoors with his family and Black Lab Ringo.

Gary House

Founder and Advisor

Gary founded DEM360 in 2013 to fulfill an unmet market of a one-stop shop, 360° of IT products and services. Gary’s experience with commercial enterprises, private interests, government agencies, and Federal procurements makes him a man of many hats, able to solve technology and security problems. You’ll find Gary riding around the office on a hoverboard with coffee in one hand and his cell in another, sending out proposals until 2 a.m., and managing multiple phone calls at once. When he isn’t working, he likes spending time at the lake with his family.

Joseph Richards

Senior Project Manager

Joe is DEM360’s Senior Project Manager. Interacting with clients and company staff, he works to ensure projects are kept on track and on time. When not working in the office or in the field, he enjoys DIY projects around his house, spending time with his grandchildren, or outdoor activities.

Marisa Sentz

Operations Manager

Marisa is the Operations Manager for DEM360. She oversees the day-to-day operations and makes sure things run as smoothly as possible. Some clients even refer to her as "The Glue of DEM360", a title she is very proud of. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves binge watching anything on Netflix and playing in the yard with her dogs.

Nick Hill

IT Service Manager

Nick has over 17 years of IT experience and is in charge of designing/building out networks and solutions for DEM360’s clients. He helps resolve tickets and can be found talking to clients almost all day long. Nick is a bonafide coffee drinker and enjoys restoring his 1973 Nova in his free time.

Matthew Rudy

Systems Engineer

You’ll talk to Matt with any assistance resolving help desk tickets. When Matt isn’t working, he bikes and hikes, continues working on electronics and enjoys astronomy and meteorology.

Warren Lindemon

Network Engineer

Warren is a Network Engineer. He has worked in the field for 20 years doing both Networking and Helpdesk. During his free time he enjoys Building Jeeps, Boating, and all types of DIY.

Shane Reynolds

Security Technician

Shane has been working with computers in some capacity for over 20 years, ranging from IT Support, Server Management, Hardware Installation and troubleshooting, and even Video Game Design and Programming. When he isn't working he loves playing guitar and piano, riding his OneWheel, woodworking, and putting the wrench to his vintage Mustang.

Michael Suder

Junior Network Engineer

Michael is just getting started in the IT field and is focused on help desk support and other various IT needs in the office. When he’s not working, he enjoys DIY coding projects at home, as well as, setting up servers and building computers.

Steve Hixon

Field Service Manager

Steve assists in the design and planning of projects involving hardware. He oversees the implementation of projects and makes sure each project is completed on time and under budget. When Steve isn’t in the office, he is busy playing roller derby, taking care of things on the farm, or selling handmade pies at the farmer’s market.

Chris Chrislip

Field Service Manager

Chris is Field Service Manager providing technical service and maintenance support at our client locations. He is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment out in the field. Chris has 24 years of experience in electronic security. In his free time, Chris likes to play the guitar and ride motorcycles.

Devonta Coleman

Field Service Technician

Devonta is one of our Field Service Technicians. He assists in installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment out in the field. In his free time, you can find him shooting pool at a local pool hall.

Cody White

Field Service Technician

Cody is one of our Field Service Technicians. He is veteran, speaks Dutch, and in his free time he enjoys body building, playing golf, and spending time with his family.
